Zack was very professional. He explained what he did and what he needed to do. He even helped me remove what I had in my freezer so he could do his work and offered to help put everything back which I told him he didn't need to. I give him 5 stars and if there was a ten stars I would give him ten stars. If I could've picked three above, I would also have picked punctuality He text me and told me he was on his way.
