FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is collaborative and flexible, but it typically follows these steps: Initial consultation – We discuss your goals, challenges, timeline, and budget so I can understand exactly what you're looking to accomplish. Discovery & planning – I gather any necessary information, review existing materials, and outline a clear approach with deliverables, milestones, and expectations. Proposal or action plan – I present a recommended solution, including scope, timeline, and any key decisions that need to be made before work begins. Execution – I complete the work while providing regular updates and checking in at important milestones to ensure everything stays aligned with your expectations. Review & revisions – You review the results, provide feedback, and I make any agreed-upon adjustments to ensure the final outcome meets your needs. Delivery & follow-up – I deliver the finished work and remain available to answer questions, provide guidance, or assist with future improvements if needed. Throughout the process, I prioritize clear communication, transparency, and responsiveness so there are no surprises along the way.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in the remodeling industry working alongside my dad, where I learned the value of quality craftsmanship, hard work, and treating customers with honesty and respect. Over the years, I've built on that foundation by gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of home remodeling. Today, I bring that same attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right to every project, whether it's a small repair or a complete renovation.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My biggest piece of advice is to hire someone based on trust, communication, and the quality of their work—not just the lowest price. Ask to see photos of completed projects, read customer reviews, and make sure the contractor is willing to explain the process and answer your questions. A good contractor should provide a clear scope of work, communicate throughout the project, and take pride in doing things the right way. Remodeling is an investment in your home, so it's worth choosing someone who values craftsmanship, pays attention to detail, and stands behind their work. I believe that building a good relationship with my customers is just as important as delivering a finished project they're proud of.
