Jon of Conrads Custom Homes was great to work with and did an excellent job completing the projects, going above and beyond. He is personable and a good communicator. As a contractor he was able to point out and fix a few things that would have led to expensive trouble down the road. He also designed and installed a custom live edge wood countertop extension of my kitchen island which looks great, fits the character of the house and increases its value. I will definitely hire Conrads Custom Homes again and recommend this company highly. Thumbtack made it easy to find this talented and trustworthy professional.

3 years later my wife and I are still enjoying everything about our home that Jonathan designed and built for us in Parker! The design is soo thoughtful, we will be comfortable in our home for a very long time! During the most critical and stressful times he was a rock of composure and knowledge that really helped my wife and I enjoy the process, especially compared to the past homes we've built that were very stressful times.

Our new master bathroom is incredibly well thought out and the exact style we had in our mind! During construction it was discovered that some of our floor joists need to be replaced and instead of it delaying the project, Jon had an engineer on-site the same day and replaced the joists the next!
