I am very happy I hired this company for the wood floor install. . I bought my own flooring. They provided me a quote quickly. They sanded and water protected and completed the install over about 5 days (1500 sq ft). Brian was very through and communicated well. He asked me thought-provoking questions, which helped me in my decisions. High integrity.

Initially gave an excellent review and a follow up item with my claw foot tub isn't being addressed properly. It's a safety concern. They pulled the tub reset it and now the feet have shifted. I asked for assistance and no response other than to acknowledge the floor may have shifted. I'm 67 and 120 pounds, I neither have the strength to move these nor can I lift up the tub to re position. If the tub falls on my pet it will kill her, if it falls on me that's extreme body trauma. I'm disappointed with this....also a door that wouldn't shut properly and I had to have it removed, sanded and re installed...that's something that could've been communicated would likely happen so I would be able to manage and not be surprised.

Brian and his team at 5280 Flooring did an amazing job replacing the floors in our new home. The house is 1700ft2 and had a mix of horrible carpet and crappy laminate. Brian and his team replaced everything with beautiful LVP flooring (cali flooring brand, blonde ale color) and we are beyond happy with the results! It genuinely feels like a new home. The team was so professional and kind throughout the entire process - even when they got snowed in at the house for a couple of days. Brian also helped us plan some future projects we want to accomplish which was incredibly helpful for us as first time home owners. I would highly highly recommend 5280 flooring!
