First of all, they're extremely punctual! They always asked if I wanted to double check an area to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. They never complained if I added something or suggested something and they were very thorough and detailed. Coming from Miami, it's been extremely challenging to find a house cleaning service/house cleaner that performs all the services I know as "basic." They cleaned walls, windows, sliding glass doors, inside the microwave (I turned down inside the refrigerator, this time,) cabinets, and my leather couches. They also vacuumed my dog beds and stated that was their norm. This made me extremely happy because other services have not done this and with my German Shepard mix, it's extremely necessary. I have decided to hire them on a bi-weekly basis.

We had Rosenda come out to clean our house last week and she was great! She asked if there was anything in particular that she needed to focus on and had us check her work after she was done. We were very pleased with her work.

I've been a recurring client of Regional Cleaning Services since February. I had never had a regular cleaning service in the past, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Rosenda and her assistant, Aracely, are very thorough, fast, and considerate people. They not only do a fantastic job every time, but they make sure I'm happy with their cleaning. Thanks so much to you both!!

Rosenda is such a kind person and she did an amazing job cleaning our house. She was professional, fast, and thorough and did a lot extra I didn't really request. She was awesome! And I think her rates her extremely reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend her.

I hired Rosenda to help my daughter so while I have not seen her work personally yet, I can say my daughter was very pleased with her. She was prompt and did a beautiful Job, we will have her help us again.
