Tracy was wonderful from the beginning! She really listened to my needs when building my work outs and was able to help me reach my goals. Her work outs are challenging yet easy to understand. The best part is she would show me how to do each move to make sure I was doing them right so I could get the most out of every work out! She was on time every time we met and was very flexible when my schedule would change and needed to move our meeting times.
