Working out with Tracy as a personal trainer has been great! She motivates me, constantly encourages me, and caters the workout to my needs. In each workout she brings in new elements and even in a group setting she manages to appropriately adjust the level for each of us. Tracy is great at what she does and makes exercising fun! Thanks Tracy!

Exactly what I was looking for. Someone who could come to me, push me, keep me accountable and educate me. She is a great trainer.

Tracy is knowledgable about fitness and nutrition and understands the concerns and needs of her clients. She educates without making you feel judged and continually encourages and motivates. Her workouts are intense and boy do you feel it for a day or two! I high recommend Tracy to any woman looking to get back in shape!

I have only worked with Tracy a little, but so far it has been a great experience! She motivates you to have your best workout, but is understanding of challenging exercises. I am looking forward to continuing to work with her!

Tracy was wonderful from the beginning! She really listened to my needs when building my work outs and was able to help me reach my goals. Her work outs are challenging yet easy to understand. The best part is she would show me how to do each move to make sure I was doing them right so I could get the most out of every work out! She was on time every time we met and was very flexible when my schedule would change and needed to move our meeting times. She is fairly priced and even had packages to pick from too to fit my budget it was a great fit.
