I am charging 20% less during the first 3 hrs to gain experience and reviews, at a savings of $60 per job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know 1 thing: Do you, the client, want to direct the process, have me take on the decision making, or somewhere in between? I will take on the entire project solo, or work with you in whatever capacity you desire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years in customer-serving environments, where organization was a statement on how everything else was done. Disorganized spaces were cause for concern in more serious matters that required organization.
