- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Customers outside the normal service radius (15 mile radius of Erie) will be charged an additional $5 per service to account for milage and drive time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to start with a "meet and greet" to get to know the pet parent and their fur babies. I like to go through all the basics at that time (allergies, medications and overall needs).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a A.A. in Behavioral Science, a B.A in Psychology and have worked as a Veterinary Technician for more than 5 years. I have worked in general practice and in speciality as an emergency nurse. I have been dog sitting for nearly 10 years and fostered/rehabilitated rescue dogs for two years as well.
