- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You get a price lock guarantee of your deductible and insurance will cover the rest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I talk with the customer to understand their needs. Second, I conduct an inspection in order to create an estimate. Third, earn their business by thoroughly explaining the process, especially when it comes to insurance claims as there is a lot of misinformation out there. This includes steps taken during tear off and installation, when payments are made, what payments the homeowners are responsible for and what insurance is responsible for, etc. Forth, we discuss how we protect the property and clean up after the project is completed. Lastly, we answer every last question, including the ones they didn’t know they had.
