FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It originally started back with my brother. He started this business to help pay for his college education. I began to help him run this business. Soon my cousin Ruth joined in on the fun. Eventually my brother moved on to other things and Ruth and I have been running the business ever since. We too are trying to pay for our college education and also for nursing schools.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a window cleaning company it always good to look at the whole package. Prices; service; values. Can you trust these people in your house? Are they going to try to take pride in your windows? Are they cost effective?
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Window cleaning is hard work. To clean in a window in such a fashion that you leave it shiny and streak free is very difficult. Even with doing extra touch ups at the end of a job it would be impossible to find all the small smudges and or streaks. It is also very physical work. Carrying ladders, buckets, belts, tools. The weather can also affect your windows. The hotter it is the more streaks for us to fix and the more streaks that may be missed by us. So please when we try to come to clean your windows early know it is for a good reason. We like to try and do quality work. It is very hard to do that when the sun is very hot outside.
