- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Of course it depends on the job. My fee is hourly. If the job is short term I will view and assess the job, suggest the number of hours necessary to complete the task, and over what period of time the hours could be scheduled. For jobs requiring packing, garage sales, and/or shipping, supply charges may apply. Several clients just book a set number of hours each week and determine the tasks to be conquered on that day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When helping someone in their home it is important to understand what is important to them If we are "cleaning out" it is especially critical that important memories are preserved. Trust is an important component to the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I certainly love to read up on the latest organizational tools and trends.
