What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My consulting fees are $25/hour. If I have to travel to the Denver metro area, my fee is $30/hour for the first two hours and $25/hour thereafter. When it comes to assisting in preparing income taxes, it varies by the form being used. I am willing to negotiate rates for repeat customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I review various financial publications, blogs, news articles, and to further understand tax rules and benefits, the press releases on the IRS website. I have successfully completed the Intuit QuickBooks Certification classes for QuickBooks Online and Desktop series. I am looking forward to expand the horizons to the other versions.
