I had a restaurant and catering business in Sarasota Florida for 20 years. Was the exclusive caterer for Monico Motor Home’s and Buddy Gregg.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working in restaurants when I was 18 while going to college and then decided to make it my profession.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve done everything from small barbecue’s to high end sit down dinners for 800 people!!
