I HIGHLY recommend Colorado Construction and Carpentry! Just about everything you could ask for and more. He removed our old, larger deck and cleaned everything up so that we can lay concrete in the future - even the plants (around and within the deck) were left in perfect condition. He came out for a free estimate, took measurements, and gave me a great price on the spot. We began work the next day. The deck appeared to be a pain to get down but somehow he was able to complete it all and in one day - he stayed until the job was done. We will be using this company to both install an egress window and create the new concrete patio that will replace the deck. Also, his communication was truly the best I've experienced in working with any professional. Again, I cannot recommend Colorado Construction and Carpentry enough and I'm looking forward to working with them again in the near future and for whatever home projects we come up with later on. 100/10!

These guys came with the tools and know how to get it done. They worked hard and made no excuses in the 90* temp to get the job done!
The guys were polite, even cleaning up after themselves, and the response time from me posting the project to completion was less than thirty six hours. I recommend these people if you want your job done well, accurately and in a timely manner!!
FYI the job was replacing nine joists on an older deck with a bowed header. No two measurements were the same but they got everything snug.

Chris was amazing to work with while we built out our in-law suite. He took the time to listen to our concerns about adding a new addition to our historic home and introduced us to several options that worked within our budget. We are looking forward to our next project together!

Chris replaced individual backsplash tiles that required very detailed demo, installation and matching existing grout. He took the time to do it right, and it came out beautifully. I can’t even tell which tiles were replaced.
