So happy with our new deck! The previous deck took up a huge space in the yard and was in really bad shape and encroaching on my trees. I knew it had to come down and wanted a small deck to replace it. Zac was great to work with, came out to quote right away and was so helpful in translating my ideas into reality within my budget. The project went so smoothly with clear communication all along the way. Now I have enough space for a small eating area and hopefully some plants and small decor. I would definitely use them again!

There are not enough words to describe how happy we are with our new covered patio. From the day my husband met Zac, he knew we had to hire him and his son to do the job. They worked so hard, and built it exactly as we wanted, if not BETTER! Not only that, but it was finished in a week. Intially I hired PC Builds to build a deck and they did an amazing job. I was fully expecting them to be like all contractors and not show up on time, take extended breaks and go past the finish date. I was pleasantly surprised that they did everything on ahead of time and always showed up on time.
Because I was happy with the deck I used them to finish my basement. Once again they showed up on time, were clean and professional in every way. Tynan is the example of how contractors should be and does outstanding work. I'd Highly Recommend PC Builders!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our customers should know that what they are paying for is our many years of experience, our efficiency, and quality. Our estimates includes price of labor and material.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a face to face meeting, and walk through the homeowner’s project to get as much information up front as possible. We then submit an estimate within a week of the walk-through. Upon approval of the estimate, the homeowner is put onto the schedule and we begin the process of demolition and construction!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With our combined experience, we have done everything from building entire homes, to installing the roof, to the custom cabinets and kitchen. Zac, my dad and my partner, had a framing company for many years, as well as a roofing company, and a home remodeling company in Maui. He is a seasoned veteran in this field and has worked on over a thousand properties. I have learned most of what I know from him, but have acquired many other skills from the variety of other construction companies I have worked for.
