- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a menu pricing structure where the most common electrical items are pre-priced using both the time required for the item and the materials we provide. This up-front pricing model is preferred by our customers since it eliminates guess work and mysterious charges, once you get your estimate, the price for the work described in the estimate won't change, no hidden fees or mysterious add-ons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer gets a free Home Safety Check to ensure the electrical and related systems within their home are up to code and functioning properly and safely.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our electricians are licensed Electricians within the state of Colorado.
