At Golden Peak HVAC, we believe in honest and transparent pricing. We provide upfront estimates with no hidden fees, and we offer discounts for veterans, and seniors. Every job is priced fairly based on the scope of work and materials needed — no surprises, just quality service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening — understanding your heating or cooling needs and answering any questions you have. Then, we schedule an on-site visit to inspect your system, discuss options, and provide a detailed estimate. Once approved, we get the job done efficiently and cleanly, keeping you informed every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’re fully NATE-certified (North American Technician Excellence), which means we’ve completed advanced training and testing in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. Over the years, we’ve continued our education with manufacturer training and hands-on experience to stay current with the latest HVAC technologies.
