What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Minimum project: $500.00
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer forwards pictures of furniture, along with a brief description of work being requested and description of any repairs not obvious from pictures. Customer specifies stain color and desired finish (Satin or Gloss).
I will send customer a detailed description of work to be performed and a break-out of costs: Labor, Materials & Supplies. I will also supply some Before & After pictures of my work.
One-half of Total Estimated Project Cost will be due at time of Pick-up. Payment options include: VENMO, Cash Elle or Personal Check (local bank please).
All work is performed in my shop. I service the entire Front Range.

I have been doing antique restorations for 20+ years.
