Once the retainer is received it is automatically deducted from the work performed in the first month.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial design consultation to discuss project(s) & LA Sanders Interiors design services & procedures agreement.
Once a retainer is received. The schematic design phase begins, inspiration is collected, drawings are sketched & a color boards are created showcasing the following; paint colors, materials, furniture, lighting, flooring, window treatments, cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures etc (color boards are based of scope of project, determined in first initial consultation)
