- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based upon an experienced estimate and is different for every situation and the will be apprised of this information before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first try to see if there is anything that we can do over the phone after which, we will come and do a professional troubleshoot usually consisting of thirty minutes on average, at which point we will disclose all findings to the customer and let them make an informed decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2000 hrs minimum of on the job training that must be signed off for by your employer; 2 written exams administered by the National Ground Water association; As well as a written exam and an oral exam administered by the Colorado State Board Examiners; Must carry a bond with State of Colorado; Must meet continuing education requirements every year
