- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair, we are definitely not the cheapest, we strive for high quality work and therefore your satisfaction, we like to take our time, Window Cleaning is an Art for us, We don't just clean the glass, we clean the tracks, sills, frames and screens too.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We answer the phone or get back to the customer as soon as possible, we know that nowadays we don't wanna spend hours finding a good reliable service. We call our customers one day before the service to remind them and confirm our arrival. We introduce ourselves and ask the customer the safety of their family and pets and whatever else they would like us to consider while we are working in their homes. We would give the customer an estimated time of completion of our work. We would inform to the customer if there are windows, screens, etc., that are damaged or need attention and suggest how to proceed to fix the problem. After completion of work we would walk with customer around the windows in the house and make sure they are satisfied with our work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with several great window cleaning companies in the past, where i have learned all the best window cleaning techniques, best equipment and tools available and the best way to lead a business and take care of our customers.
