What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is personalized per project desired; based on hours, amount of final edits, videography, packages, and location. We are very competitive and flexible with pricing, as we want to make it a stress-free experience and dedicated two produce high. quality work!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very simple! We want customers to feel comfortable entrusting us in our work. We have clients fill out our google survey via the "book now" button on our website. Once completed, we will personally contact the client and discuss further details in regards to the vision in mind, location, and pricing. We'll take it from here, get it on the books, and create beautiful time captures! Once the session is complete we will edit the photos in a very timely manner, set-up a personalized client gallery with a download PIN to look back on for a lifetime! If custom albums/prints etc. are requested, we will mail them as soon as they are created!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the photography industry for a few years now, creating our own business through it more recently. and took photography course to really understand the art! We have also spoke to several successful people we look up to in the industry and applied our inspirations!
