Bowman Contracting

Founded in 2018 by Fort Collins native John Bowman, Bowman Contracting was built on hands-on construction experience, honest pricing, and local accountability. John was born and raised in Fort Collins, and his father worked for the City of Fort Collins for 37 years. Today, John and his wife, Lydia, are raising their two young boys in the same community. Fort Collins is home to their family, and that connection shapes the care they bring to every project. Bowman Contracting is an owner-led company, with John personally overseeing projects from start to finish. We bring the attention and accountability of a small business to projects of many sizes, from full home renovations to work on larger developments. Our relationships with contractors and suppliers across the trades help us put together the right team and provide competitive pricing. We take the time to explain the available options so clients can make informed decisions without pressure. We have one simple goal: do great work and stand behind it.
