Our water heater went kaput at 5:30 AM on a Saturday. We called Allen Services and by 5:30 PM we had a new water heater installed. Corbin was an amazing plumber and handled the job alone. We are thankful for the quick response and the excellent installation. Will use Allen Services again!

Toilet was re-installed after flood mitigation and rebuild. The mitigation company is paying the bill so I don't know the charge. We also had the plumber attach a new dryer vent hose that the contractors did not do. Our plumber Cody was great and very professional.

Jesse was an absolute delight. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of because of my age or being a woman. He was like working with a neighbor. He explained everything very well and gave me options without judgements of my decision. I appreciate that very much, because its not a common trait in people anymore. Also, he made sure he didn't track any mess around and actually cleaned the mess that the clog made!
