I couldn't be more pleased. When my furnace suddenly lost all power Erik responded with availability within minutes and was at my house 2 hours later. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. He was friendly and professional. I would hire him again.

Erik was quick to respond, and we set up a time for him to come look at our unit. He was able to access the issue and repair it! The cost was so reasonable. We know the unit is old (20 years) and will need replacement soon, so we have asked for a quote. We will be using them again, and I would recommend this company to anyone who asks!

Erik was extremely responsive and came out very soon after we contacted him. he was great at explaining things and what he found with the furnace and what he was doing to fix it. He charged us a ridiculously low amount! We had fun talking with him and felt as though we were talking with a friend and not a service technician. We would definitely hire Sasquatch again.
