I had exceptional service, very timely as I had no heat in the house and troubleshooting my furnace went well. Luckily a small fix. I will be seeking advice on future water heater replacement and will be contacting Sasquatch company for a bid.

Erik was fantastic! I had four different HVAC techs come out for a furnace that wouldn't heat, and each one either tried to upsell me on an entirely new furnace or completely misdiagnosed the issue. Only one other guy diagnosed my system correctly but wanted 5 times the price to fix it as Sasquatch Heating and Cooling. Erik was the only guy in my 10 years of homeownership, after dealing with probably 20 different HVAC people, that didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need or give me the runaround. Erik was super friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. He actually took the time to figure out what was wrong instead of just pushing for a replacement. I’m telling all my friends about him. I’ve finally found an honest HVAC guy!

Absolutely great service! He was upfront about what the costs would be and just told me a simple swap of my air filter would fix the inconsistencies in the furnace temperature. I've had a number of other experiences with people in this industry and he has been the most honest and professional out of all of them BY FAR! I will definitely keep using his services
