Erik was very courteous, respectful and transparent. He explained everything he was doing in a way that I could understand, and explained the risks with likelihood and potential consequences. His methodical diagnosis, understanding the symptoms and determining the root cause on my first central hvac unit was so impressive that I hired him to the do the service on both my central hvac units on the spot. Erik will be on my speed dial for sure and end up being my first call for all future preventative maintenance and unplanned work. On a side note, Erik is very dog friendly which is a huge plus in my books…my trust level increased in him during initial meet and greet just from his kind and friendly demeanor towards my dogs.

I had exceptional service, very timely as I had no heat in the house and troubleshooting my furnace went well. Luckily a small fix. I will be seeking advice on future water heater replacement and will be contacting Sasquatch company for a bid.
