I had a great experience with Twin Peaks Inspections LLC. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire inspection. What I appreciated most was how much time they took to explain what they were seeing, show me things in person, and make sure I actually understood everything.They were very thorough and even took the time to check out the sheds and other areas around the property. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on Square footage and year of construction. Having the property address helps us quote an accurate price. Other factors such as detached structures also play a role in pricing as well as additional sevices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to provide detailed reports so our customers can make educated decisions, whether buyer or selling a home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are ASHI and InterNachi Certified. Certified in Commercial Inspections, Wood destroying Organisms, Sewer Scopes, Mold Testing, Solar Inspections and Licensed to provide Radon testing as required by the State of Colorado.
