- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are so many variables when it comes to landscaping so we don't have a set price list but we charge by the square foot and by the linear foot in hopes of creating transparency. If there is anything that seems out of line with our pricing, please let us know ASAP. Homeowners are responsible on getting HOA approval. We will obtain all the proper permits and locates (if needed).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will add you to our estimate schedule then we will have a sales rep come out to your property to discuss your vision. The sales rep will then take measurements of your property to ensure an accurate quote. Within 24 hours, we will have an estimate sent to you. To make things convenient for you, everything is completed through the customer portal (signing the contract & making payments). Once the deposit is received, we will coordinate the project start date with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years of experience in the construction industry. We can do anything from shooting grade in new home developments to shoveling sidewalks.
