- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive. We are very proud to offer 5 star service with a close family feel. We can beat most quotes by a large margin. We do have water heater and indoor air quality products on sale as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will need to gather a little information from you to get you in our system and schedule your appointment. When we are on our way to the appointment you will get a text and an email letting you know our technician is on his way along with a picture and a little about him. Our technician can build estimates, complete the repair, and accept payment on site as well as send a copy of your invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my EPA certification, NATE (North America Technicians Excellence) certification, Mechanical IV license, and contractor A licence (only required in El Paso County).
