Phoenix Heating and Air Conditioning came out to install a smart thermostat. Normally a fairly straight forward task. Due to some wiring issues with my existing thermostat and furnace it became more complicated. Phoenix chased down the problem and fixed the issue while sticking to the original estimate. I was surprised and pleased. Both technicians were very pleasant and remained masked the entire time they were inside my house. Would definitely use again for my heating and AC needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive. We are very proud to offer 5 star service with a close family feel. We can beat most quotes by a large margin. We do have water heater and indoor air quality products on sale as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will need to gather a little information from you to get you in our system and schedule your appointment. When we are on our way to the appointment you will get a text and an email letting you know our technician is on his way along with a picture and a little about him. Our technician can build estimates, complete the repair, and accept payment on site as well as send a copy of your invoice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my EPA certification, NATE (North America Technicians Excellence) certification, Mechanical IV license, and contractor A licence (only required in El Paso County).
