I provide a full diagnostic and explain every option in plain language, with no hidden fees or surprise add‑ons. Service Agreement members receive reduced diagnostic fees and 20% off most services, and contractors/property managers receive discounted rates as well. My goal is simple: honest pricing, quality workmanship, and complete transparency so you feel confident in every decision
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, I start by asking a few quick questions to understand the issue and make sure we’re the right fit. From there, I schedule a convenient appointment time and arrive on site to perform a full diagnostic. I explain the findings in plain language, provide clear up‑front pricing, and review all available options before any work begins. Once you approve the plan, I complete the work cleanly, safely, and to code. After the job is done, I walk you through everything, answer any questions, and make sure you’re fully satisfied before I leave. I’m a licensed Master electrician, and Licensed Electrical Contractor with years of hands‑on experience in residential and commercial electrical work. My training includes formal electrical education, on‑the‑job apprenticeship hours, continuous code updates, and ongoing professional development to stay current with safety standards and modern electrical technology. I’ve completed specialized training in troubleshooting, panel upgrades, EV charger installations, and lighting systems, and I stay up to date with the National Electrical Code to ensure every job is done safely and correctly.
