Sliding glass door was off of track. Steven adjusted door cleaned and greased track. Door works great now and he advised that it may need new bearing in the future. I was extremely pleased that he was able to complete this project so quickly.

I cannot give enough stars for these guys!!!! Needed to have someone cut up carpet remnants in my basement and remove them which included hauling to the dump. I'll start from the beginning. They were very prompt in response to my quite. Not only did they offer the best pricing but they explained in detail the reason for the pricing which told me they weren't trying to gouge me. They offered to text me an hour before our appointment time to remind me that they were on their way and held true to their promise to do so. They were so kind and respectful while at home home and again took the time to explain in detail what they were doing. They asked permission to plug in their tools to use for the job prior to getting to work. When the job was completed they cleaned up everything like they weren't even there. Once they were done they even asked if they could help with anything else. I will absolutely be calling these guys again for home project needs!!!! You cannot go wrong with choosing them!

The best advice I would give for any client would be to schedule a meet and greet to discuss any job specifics and if possible, allow the service provider to take a look at the job in person before any agreement or payment has been exchanged.

What type of professional do I need for my project at hand? (Most minor repairs and home maintenance can be completed by an experienced handyman at a much lower rate than specialty service providers like plumbers, electricians and contractors.)
