The Bumble crew has the highest quality tech! Their drone with AI enabled software took amazing photo of my roof identifying all the issues that accumulated over last 8 years. The Bumble crew did a great job on the repairs my roof required. I recommend using them for any roof related projects.

I have known Shannon for years and not only is she intelligent and thoughtful but also extremely conscientious. When I had questions about my own roof it was obvious that they had in-depth knowledge and offered recommendations based on what was best for my situation as opposed to the most expensive option. We went through the interview process a few times with roofing companies that came to our door and were recommended by neighbors. We chose Bumble because of the low pressure approach and the fact that they donated part of the proceeds to bee preservation. As it turns out, they make a donation in their customers name to their non-profit conservation partners at no additional cost. We highly recommend Bumble Roofing, they did a fantastic job on our roof and afforded us the opportunity to give back without breaking our budget.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bumble Roofing believes in affordable pricing. While we don't believe in haggling over price, we are always open to compare pricing with our competitors and offer a price match to homeowners should a competitors scope of work match our own. Bumble Roofing will also cover up to $300 in permitting fees for your roofing project and automatically provides many material upgrades to your roofing envelope free of charge.
Bumble Roofing also believes in giving back and being good stewards of the planet which is why we also donate a portion of every roof replacement to Bee conservation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer encounter for us is a bit different whether for new or existing customers. At Bumble, we try to accommodate our customers as much as we can throughout every aspect of the project in the way that best suits them. This means that for some customers, we may meet them at their house and talk them through many different options and scenarios. For others, we may only communicate through text message. At the end of the day, Bumble Roofing strives to make your roofing project as easy and pain-free as possible so you tell us how you prefer the process to go and we are ready to adapt our processes to best suit you, our customers, needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of the company holds a Contractor's license in Arapahoe County, Douglas County, Elbert County and Jefferson County. The owner is also a member of the National Women In Roofing Association and the National Roofing Contractor's Association.
