- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bumble Roofing believes in affordable pricing. While we don't believe in haggling over price, we are always open to compare pricing with our competitors and offer a price match to homeowners should a competitors scope of work match our own. Bumble Roofing will also cover up to $300 in permitting fees for your roofing project and automatically provides many material upgrades to your roofing envelope free of charge. Bumble Roofing also believes in giving back and being good stewards of the planet which is why we also donate a portion of every roof replacement to Bee conservation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer encounter for us is a bit different whether for new or existing customers. At Bumble, we try to accommodate our customers as much as we can throughout every aspect of the project in the way that best suits them. This means that for some customers, we may meet them at their house and talk them through many different options and scenarios. For others, we may only communicate through text message. At the end of the day, Bumble Roofing strives to make your roofing project as easy and pain-free as possible so you tell us how you prefer the process to go and we are ready to adapt our processes to best suit you, our customers, needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of the company holds a Contractor's license in Arapahoe County, Douglas County, Elbert County and Jefferson County. The owner is also a member of the National Women In Roofing Association and the National Roofing Contractor's Association.
