Tom and his crew did an outstanding job. Tom clearly has extensive demolition experience and was able to tear down and remove our old brick garage in 1/4 of the time we expected. There were many unexpected finds during excavation and with every detour, Tom was a partner in getting the job done. He knew what was needed and how to adapt to the unexpected, and major, changes required by old foundations and a well encountered. The final project was very different than what was bid and expected, but Tom was a welcome contribution to solving the problems and dealing with the out of scope changes. I would highly recommend Prime Site Work & Concrete, Inc. for any demolition, excavation and concrete job.
