High Peaks Flooring Installation is a small, independent flooring installation company that offers personalized, quality installation with over 30 years of experience. I am the actual person who will be doing the installation...not sub-contracting it out to just whomever is available. I only use the highest quality installation materials and all carpet is power stretched to ensure a quality installation that will last. My company is registered with the state and fully insured. I enjoy this creative outlet. I get a great sense of satisfaction from providing great, quality work and making my customers smile. I firmly believe in doing it right the first time.

We needed to have some carpet moved from a bedroom upstairs to a room in the basement and then new carpet put down in the master and another smaller room downstairs. Michael did it all and was friendly, honest and very easy to work with. He did everything I wanted and all the rooms look great. The master bedroom and bath had a lot of twists and turns and his installation was perfect. Our next flooring job will be the kitchen and dining room and we were going to try it ourselves, but we think when the time comes Michael will be our first call.

Needed curved stairs installed with carpet ,one guy left the job unfinished , called Michael came the next day showed up on time , and knows what how to install carpet ,great job .will use him again , very professional

Michael was prompt, his prices were good and his work is excellent. He replaced a section of carpet that had cat urine on it. His suggestions on removing the odor from the pad were right on, and he made sure the odor was completely gone. I would definitely hire him again.

Michael was incredibly responsive and professional to deal with. He offered to pick up the carpet materials on his way and even helped me move some furniture that I couldn't move on my own. Not to mention that the carpet installation is top notch - no noticeable tack strips when your walking around barefoot or anything!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each installation is priced per yard or sq. foot...depending on materials. Repair work is priced per job. I don't believe in "hidden" charges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out the specific needs of the customer. What materials are to be installed? What type of installation is needed?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of installation experience. I was taught by my dad...who instilled an old school work ethic of quality, dependability and accountability.
