Rory replaced a 4x4 mailbox post that had rotted and blown down. He communicated his arrival time very clearly, including when he determined he could arrive earlier that he previously thought. He did high quality work and offered to let me inspect it at several key points in the process, including before pouring concrete! He was responsive and respectful throughout the process. I will definitely contact him again for future work.
