- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The embroidery process is a difficult process to operate under a standard pricing system since each custom job has so many variables to work around. It works best for me to quote the pricing per job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak directly with my customer in order to finalize all the details of their embroidery project. There are many details that need to be defined to make a project turn out great such as thread color, design size and placement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained as embroiderer through Melco embroidery training and every year I attend industry specific trade shows as well as training sessions at every show. I am also a member of ASI which is the Advertising Specialty Interest group and am registered as a decorator within ASI.
