We were promised floors would be done, but none of the hardwood floors were washed. Additionally, neither was the fridge that was part of the agreement. The kitchen sink was left dirty from cleaners mess. Also, late for appointments by several hours. Also, child was cleaning the house which made me feel uncomfortable with child labor and also experience.

Sheila, I am sorry that the service was not satisfactory. It is a shame you were not honest at the time since I asked you if everything was ok, and I gurantee my work. First off my "child" is 15 and yes this is one of his summer jobs, he is saving for a car. I teach my children to be responsible. Your husband told me you would clean the fridge , yet I wiped down the freezer, the doors inside and out. He also told me he would be there at 10 and to show up whenever we wanted. The floors I personalled crawled around on my hands and knees getting all around the edges and corners. And then yes indeed mopped your floors. You are still doing repairs and moving out of the home. Obviously it's not going to stay pristine. I would suggest waiting until you are ready for cleaners before you schedule them. I have turned clients away in that were not done moving. Your shower alone took me over an hour to clean. We climbed on ladders and cleaned sky lights which I specifically told your husband I would not do. And my child cleaned the outside of windows that is also not part of our duties. We spent 5.5 hours here which means alone would have been -11 hours. Again I'm Sorry for your dossatification. As I moved into homes that were not properly cleaned before move in, I became more passionate about making a house a home.
