What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can offer drone footage at no extra charge when you book us for a commercial or business branding session. normally, we would charge an extra $100 for drone services added.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will communicate with you to confirm all you requirements for the project. We will discuss the timeline, dates, and delivery. If you like a phone call (for advanced projects), we'd love to talk to you.
