- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on product being installed. I am able to create a quote over the phone in most cases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can create a quote over the phone, I can schedule an appointment for either measurements or installation. Usually within a couple days of the approval of the quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of experience installing all brands and types of blinds, as well as formal training with Hunter Douglas.
