This was a great experience- Steve texted and called me the day before my appointment to confirm when he would be here. Also texted the morning of the appointment to say he was on his way.When here, he assessed the fireplace, gave me my options and what it would cost. After checking it all out, Steve was able to get the fireplace up and running with a good cleaning, saving me a lot of money ! He is very personable :).
