- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All coordination packages come with a 60-minute, no cost consultation prior to booking. When we decide we are a good fit, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the wedding day. Fifty percent of the remaining cost is due 30 days out, and the final balance is due the week of the wedding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial consultation, I do several things: - 3 planning / check-in / to-do list meetings - A venue tour of each location prior to wedding week - Create personalized to-do lists to ensure you make the decisions, purchase the items, and ask the people - Timeline creation for the day before and day-of - Vendor coordination for day-of - Decoration coordination day before or day-of - Run the Rehearsal (can also help with planning and decoration for formal rehearsal dinners when needed) - 12 hour day-of coordination availability - Clean-up crew lead
