Rylee did an outstanding job as the day of coordinator for our wedding in Ouray, CO and would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding of any size. We had a small wedding and I was initially skeptical of how much we really needed anyone else to help us and I was very wrong. Throughout the process she asked us questions I had never considered (e.g. what time should appetizers be ready, when should champagne glasses be ready for a toast, etc.). These might seem like small things, but her attention to detail was the difference that made our evening feel like a professional event. Rylee even drove down from Grand Junction the day before to join us for our walk through even though it was a small event and we only utilized a small piece of Rylee's wedding planning services. Throughout the evening Rylee made sure everything went smoothly and anticipated our needs before we needed to ask. Rylee is kind, organized, and the exact type of person you want assisting you with a wedding. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone having a wedding of any size.

Our wedding day would not have been the same without Rylee and her team! Rylee was a life saver for our wedding! She helped us stay organized, communicated with vendors, and even emceed for us since we decided to do a playlist instead of DJ. One of the only big wedding expenses that my husband and I instantly agreed was worth the price! If you are even thinking that having an organizer might be helpful you should just do it. Rylee helped us to just enjoy the day and not have to worry about anything. We got so many compliments on how great our wedding was and I know Rylee was a HUGE part of that!
Rylee gave me so much peace of mind on our wedding day. She was our day of coordinator. Leading up to the wedding, she helped me make sure that every detail was perfect and that I wasn’t forgetting anything from the planning I had done myself. She helped work with our pastor to make the ceremony special and unique to us. She was the go to person on wedding day, answering vendors questions so I didn’t have to. Her organizational skills are suburb and everything was perfect on my wedding day thanks to her. FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All coordination packages come with a 60-minute, no cost consultation prior to booking. When we decide we are a good fit, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the wedding day. Fifty percent of the remaining cost is due 30 days out, and the final balance is due the week of the wedding. Additional travel fees may apply in peak season.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial consultation, I do several things:
- 3 planning / check-in / to-do list meetings
- A venue tour of each location prior to wedding week
- Create personalized to-do lists to ensure you make the decisions, purchase the items, and ask the people
- Timeline creation for the day before and day-of
- Vendor coordination for day-of
- Decoration coordination day before or day-of
- Run the Rehearsal (can also help with planning and decoration for formal rehearsal dinners when needed)
- 12 hour day-of coordination availability
- Clean-up crew lead
Wedding Planning includes all of this plus everything that comes before: finding vendors, getting quotes, selecting rentals, decor design, and more.
Wedding Officiation includes:
- a brief survey
- opting into / out of various service elements
- custom scripting
- ceremony script review
- digital access to the final draft
- an officiant to lead the service
