- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our window treatments are completely custom, made to measure and unique to your home. As such, each window covering is going to be priced based on size, choice of covering style, color, and other options. Due to the options available, we cannot publish prices online. We do offer discounts for members of the Armed Services, Law Enforcement, Veterans, Medical Professionals, new home buyers, first time home buyers, as well as periodical specials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple. After booking an in-home design consultation appointment, we assist you in choosing the best style of covering or treatment, then color and pattern. We then measure each location, so that each treatment is sized correctly. After confirming the size, color, pattern, and type of treatment, we require a 50% deposit to order the product, and we book your install before leaving so that you can plan accordingly. Final payment is due upon your approval of the install, the site has been returned to the condition prior to install, and any corrections needed have been addressed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the interior finishing business and construction trades for over 20 years, and have operated in three states. Our primary focus is your satisfaction.
