Brett and his team responded the same day and, unlike other repairs I've had to schedule this week, they showed up on time and didn't need to push back the time or reschedule.
What I appreciated most about their process was transparency. They walked through the options and exactly what they'd be doing and were able to stay in my budget. It would have been easy to claim black mold and charge a lot more as it looked dark, but they assured me it was just a standard mold and only needed a cleaning for a small area (instead of extensive testing and dry wall removal).
The business is family run and decades old, so they know what they're doing. They were very honest and down to earth. Would highly recommend.

Thom and the team are amazing. They showed up, explained the process, expectations, costs, and answered all our questions. They were on time, focused on us and not just job, made us feel comfortable in a difficult situation, and delivered on all their promises. While no job is without surprises, the team worked with us and let us know when things changed and what options we had before moving forward.
