I had all 3 of my windows replaced. I had Greg of HRTI give me an estimate in November and he maintained the same costs in March. That was a great start. An installer was at my house within the week to measure & order the windows. Today the windows were installed by Chad who was very knowledgeably & professional. He did a great job & showed me all the features. I would definitely recommend this company & the quality product they represent.

Last year, upon purchasing a new house, we found that many of the windows were in bad shape. They were old, warped, and leaking. Being a first-time homeowner, I blundered around until I found Thumbtack, and HRTI offered to help almost immediately. The service I received from HRTI in purchasing new windows and having them installed was quick, professionally done, and reasonably priced to the point that, when we decided to get the rest of the bad windows replaced this year, there wasn't even a question of with whom we'd be working. Our experience with HRTI the second time was just as good as the first, and we are thrilled with the quality of the service. I could not recommend HRTI more highly.

We contracted with HRTI to replace 10 windows and a door. We had received bids from two other companies prior to meeting with Greg. The entire process from receiving the bid with Greg to final installation with Chad was professional and we are very pleased with the results.

Our windows and stucco experienced some major hale damage a few years ago. I knew it was going to be a huge job when the insurance adjuster had to refer to a special adjuster to assess the damage. As a result, I looked long and hard for the right company for the job. As soon as I met Greg at HRTI, my search was over. I was sold! I even told my insurance company, "HRTI is the only company I will work with on this job." Not only was Greg professional and confident that he could do the job, he assured me that he would take care of all the negotiating / communicating with the insurance company. Our experience was great. Greg and his staff were in constant communication letting us know when workers would be at our house, their progress, and why they were doing what they were doing. We never ran into any issues, but if there were surprises, HRTI was always on top of it. There customer service was impeccable! In the future, I will never use anyone other than HRTI for my windows, stucco, or roof. In fact, due to mother nature, I had to file another claim for window and stucco damage again. That was unfortunate for us but no big deal...HRTI was there. In fact, they already completed the job for a second time. I highly recommend HRTI. You won't be disappointed!
