Jj is a great coach and trainer. He can tailor an individualized program to meet your needs. He is very goal oriented and wants to help you succeed from eating healthy to running a marathon. He is extremely knowledgeable in all types of diets and exercise programming for both running and weight lifting. He is kind and compassionate and will push you to be your best! I got my best results working out with JJ!
