I recently moved to Eagle County Colorado but I worked in beautiful South Florida homes for nearly 30 years with some of the strictest building codes in the country and have vast knowledge of almost all aspects of home construction, and especially older mid 1900’s homes. From the stuff under the floor to wires and pipes inside the walls to the lights and ducts above the ceiling. From concrete construction to wood construction, plumbing to electric, windows to appliances. I know almost everything there is to know about a South Florida house.
