About
I recently moved to Eagle County Colorado but I worked in beautiful South Florida homes for nearly 30 years with some of the strictest building codes in the country and have vast knowledge of almost all aspects of home construction, and especially older mid 1900’s homes. From the stuff under the floor to wires and pipes inside the walls to the lights and ducts above the ceiling. From concrete construction to wood construction, plumbing to electric, windows to appliances. I know almost everything there is to know about a South Florida house. I specialize in helping to design complete renovations and remodels as well as maintenance, hard scape and landscape.
I can review plans and consult on builds and provide 3D renderings.
If you have questions I have answers.

He fixed our oven, was available quickly and had all necessary parts ready. The price was reasonable; I will ask for his help in the future as needed

Ryan is excellent!! He assembled a big swing set for our daughter. He was fast, efficient, he worked until dark to finish the job. He did it faster than the time noted in the manual. We will definitely use his services in the future. Great guy!!
Ryan works so fast and experienced in all skills. I had a long list of things for him to do and he completed them with no problem. Everything from lighting fixtures to drywall patches and even installing a microwave oven. I will definitely hire him again!
