Tom Hillman of Summit Restoration did an amazing job on my 1974 house. He removed the old cider sidings and wooden soffits and replaced with fiber cement siding and metal soffits. Tom then painted and matched the colors around the house perfect. He was very detailed precise on his work. Tom used quality materials. He will be restoring my deck in the spring. Couldn’t ask for a better company and a prefect person for the job.

Expensive Angry when I challenge his bid I heard him overall it’s fine. It’s not excellent but it’s fine. Let me quote him “ my price is my price or with somebody else” But somehow, I hired him anyway because I had nobody else I had to get it done because I had guest arriving I paid $3000 for a job that should cost 800 bucks Paint drops on the floor and had educate him on how to paint with brushstrokes in the same direction. He’s a nice kid overall. He just has a lot of attitude for his age. I’m not sure where that comes from.
