Tom Hillman of Summit Restoration did an amazing job on my 1974 house. He removed the old cider sidings and wooden soffits and replaced with fiber cement siding and metal soffits. Tom then painted and matched the colors around the house perfect. He was very detailed precise on his work. Tom used quality materials. He will be restoring my deck in the spring. Couldn’t ask for a better company and a prefect person for the job.

I’ve had Summit Restoration & Construction perform major repair work on my roof, install my Starlink and other dishes, and perform multiple jobs helping to seal up external areas of my home.
For each project, they performed high quality work in a timely manner for a great value. I was very please at the communication throughout - from scheduling, to updates and consulting on materials, invoicing, and general friendly discussions about the project.
Highly recommend working with them!

The job was rushed and we had to have them come back to fix it. Afterwards we noticed more that we ended up having to fix. For the price we are disappointed.

They provided the best quote I received for my fence installation and they were extremely communicative which made this project extremely easy to complete from a different state.

I previously had a job that left a relatively small portion of siding on my home unfinished for 6 months. I reached out online and got a response from Tom and his team literally within minutes. From the time we first spoke until completion took only 11 days total including the wait for special order siding. He was responsive and did exactly what he said he would do, and all for a very affordable rate. I would recommend Summit Restoration and Construction to anyone looking for a siding project to be complete or just to reach out if you have questions about other projects as well. I was very, very pleased.
